Because our products are novelty prank items that are printed, prepared, and mailed directly to recipients—often anonymously—all sales are final. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund it for any reason.

All Sales Are Final

Each order is produced and shipped on demand. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the recipient’s address.

Delivery and Timing

  • All items are mailed via standard untracked letter mail.

  • Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.

  • Postal delays, address errors, and other delivery issues are beyond our control.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery times can vary and may not align with specific dates or events.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s name and mailing address are accurate.
Orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a production error on our part, please contact lightenupaholesite@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the issue. Verified production errors will be replaced at no charge.
