Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for mailing as quickly as possible.
Orders typically ship within 7 business days from the date of purchase. During periods of high demand, supply delays, or holiday volume, processing times may extend up to 14 business days.

We make every effort to ensure prompt fulfillment while maintaining quality and accuracy.


Shipping Method

All items are mailed via standard letter mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or an equivalent carrier. Orders are sent without tracking and do not include guaranteed delivery dates or times.

Because our products are mailed as novelty greeting cards, transit speed and reliability may vary based on the destination and local postal handling.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided for general reference and may vary depending on postal conditions and destination:

  • United States (Domestic): 3–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Delays caused by customs processing, postal backlogs, or incorrect recipient information are outside our control and do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all recipient details, including names and mailing addresses, are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified, recalled, or re-routed.


Lost or Delayed Mail

Because standard letter mail does not include tracking, we cannot confirm delivery or provide updates once an order has been mailed.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure successful delivery, LightenUpAHole.com cannot guarantee arrival times or assume responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdelivered mail once it has entered the postal system.
